he's being re-admitted to the hospital because his heart rate is dropping too low at least three times daily. he cannot keep his temp up and he stops breathing here and there

We will be praying for him. I hope they find out what is causing him to have these problems. Keep us updated.

looks like they may be keeping him until thursday because they want to run tests to find out what may be causing the problems. Apparently something looked odd in his blood work and thyroid tests but we werent told what or if it may be a problem. The tests are just to narrow down the field to help find the actual issue. They are flying a little blind actually.

Elijah came home today. He goes to the doctor tomorrow for his final test.

They think maybe his apnea is caused by silent acid reflux. Instead of coming up like normal acid reflux, it just stops in his throat. The test tomorrow will see if he has it. I just dont see how reflux can stop the heart and stop the breathing.

I pray the test today finds what is wrong and that God heals it soon. It's so sad when a little one is sick.

He had his upper Gi and small bowel follow through today... we will have the test results from those and others tomorrow at his follow up apt. He has had 5 heartdrop/apnea spells today which is a big increase in the last couple days but we know God has his hand on him. Will update again tomorrow...

P.S. I have an unspoken request I could really use your alls prayers for...

Hope he is feeling better soon. I wanta come play with him again.

All is well with him. He's steadily gaining weight so soon maintaining a temporature will be no problem.

I'm so glad everything is alright with him.

Thank you I am feeling better but being on my feet yesterday after being on bedrest so long and not working killed me my c-section area was really hurting and my feet and legs turned into blimps...
